Smart newly decorated double ground floor bedroom in a spacious home within walking distance to central Chichester.

The room will be rented with a small double bed, desk, chair, shelving and wardrobe.

The shower room is next door to the bedroom.

Use of beautiful garden and summer house.

The large living room/kitchen has a sofa and dining table and opens out onto the patio. There is a bio fuel fire to keep cosy in winter.

New washer, dryer, sink, cleaning and coat cupboards in large utility area.

I am a professional person, sociable and friendly. I enjoy travel, Zumba, walking and nature.

I am generally the sole occupant of the house so there is lots of space and peace.  The only times the other bedrooms are used are when my adult children come to stay. The downstairs shower room next to the bedroom is therefore mainly for the sole use of the tenant.  My room and bathroom is upstairs.  I have sole use of the living room which is also my office and family space. 

My family are important to me. My children are aged 20 and 22 years, also sociable, warm and fun. They work and live away from home but visit some weekends and holidays. My mother lives in her self contained annex attached to the house.

I have one small rescue dog and currently looking after a neighbours dog for an extensive period. They are well behaved and friendly to all.

I have rented the room twice to two young males who have been great tenants. I am looking for a personable, professional person/mature student who is respectful of others and will keep the room, shower room and kitchen clean and tidy after use.
