2nd Floor: A large spacious room which we have a super king bed in - although you might decide it is more suitable for children given the low eaves.

The rooms are all compliant with fire regs and have fire safety doors.  The loft space has a safety exit through one of the windows and there are fire extiguishers spaced around the property.  The smoke alarms are mains wired and fully complient.  The property will be let with an up to date gas safety certificate as standard. Absolutely no smoking inside the property will be tolerated.

The house is very economical and for a family of 5 - our gas and electric bill each month is between £100-£150. The house is in Band D for coucil tax which equates to £150 per month for 10 months of the year.  We are looking for long term tenants who would treat the property as their own.  We would consider pets with the right tenants.
