The house is on the main route into the town centre about 1 mile so 8 mins on the bus, easy access to Tesco express, Many fast food places literally 2 mins away. Plus McDonald’s a Gym and many other great places are just down the road.

The house has been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard from top to bottom, you will be the first people to rent these rooms and sleep in the beds.

All rooms come with new furniture, bed, mattress, quilt and bedding and TV point with super fast WIFI which is included in the rent. USB Sockets are everywhere in your room and in the Kitchen/Lounge area.

There is an Open plan Communal kitchen & dining area with a breakfast bar plus a large flat screen TV with Virgin lightning fast broadband. A very comfortable lounge area.

A cleaner is also included to clean the communal areas only, you are expected to clean your own room and bathrooms.

To move in I would require 1 months’ rent upfront along with 1 months deposit. The deposit would be held in a government approved tenant deposit scheme and not held myself.

There is not a room in the house I would not be happy to live in myself as everything is modern and new and my aim to provide quality accommodation to the right tenants. Obviously, a full credit check will need to be done.

There is a large garden at the rear which is a sun trap. it will have a large patio and seating area ready for the nice weather

Smokers are welcome but there is no smoking anywhere in the house.

There is parking at the house but its limited but there is plenty of parking nearby if you dont get a space.
