The rooms are:

Room 1 - Double with En Suite @ £450 per month
Room 2 - Double with En Suite @ 450 per monthRoom 3 - Double with En Suite @ 450 per month
Room 4 - Double with own bathroom @ £420 per month
Room 5 - Double with own bathroom @ 400 per month (slightly smaller room than others)

So EACH room has access to its own bathroom, so no sharing with other tenants!

And dont forget, ALL OTHER BILLS INCLUDED, as well a FIBRE BROADBAND!!!

The property is a two storey house, just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Fully refurbished from top to bottom, you will be the first people to rent this room and sleep in the beds!

All rooms will come with a new bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobe & drawers and TV point. Have i mentioend that all bills, furniture and super fast WIFI is included in the rent

There is a large Communal kitchen & dining area with a dining table, a large flat screen TV, a very comfortable dining area.

Spacious, fully fitted and new modern kitchen comes with your OWN fridge and cupboard, so no sharing with others. Full washing facilities are included on site too!

A cleaner is also included every two weeks to clean the communal areas only, you are expected to clean your own room and bathrooms.

To move in we would require 1 months rent upfront along with a £200 deposit. The deposit would be held in a government approved tenant deposit scheme and NOT by ourselves. 

We would only rent rooms that we would live in ourselves. We have been landlords in the area for a long time and want to provide quality accommodation to the right tenants.
