Room in a Shared House, Harehill Road, S40

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to join me in my comfortable, recently redecorated home. I’m a live-in landlord who works hybrid between home and the office, and I enjoy spending time outdoors – particularly mountaineering and mountain biking. I used to work as an outdoor instructor in North Wales.

About the House:
The house has plenty of space to unwind – a cosy living room with a large sofa, and a big dining table that’s perfect for shared meals or having friends over. There’s a driveway for off-street parking and a covered outdoor area with outdoor plugs and a heater – ideal for BBQs or just chilling outside. Outdoor decking furniture will be added.

Your Room:
A bright room that comes fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, cupboards, bedside table, and a smart TV. It's situated at the back of the property so benefits from being quiet. There's enough room to swap the bedside table out for a desk if you desired. There's also lots of extra storage available throughout the house (cupboard, boarded loft, shed, and out-house).

Modern, well-equipped kitchen with loads of cupboard space.

Laundry room:
Washer and tumble drier with hoover etc. It also doubles as outdoor kit store.

Downstairs toilet and newly fitted upstairs bathroom with a smart mirror and built-in TV – perfect if you fancy watching something while you soak in the bath!

The house would suit someone who enjoys a clean, relaxed home and is happy doing their own thing but is also up for a chat or sharing a drink or BBQ now and again.

Pets are considered.
