This bright and airy, good-sized furnished double room in a modern town incorporates a sole-use bathroom with a large shower.  At a time when so many are working from home it also has the added benefit of superfast WiFi connection together with a hardwired network in each room, providing quick and secure internet access, together with a desk and chair as well as shelving contributing to an ideal work space.  A 24" wall mounted TV is also supplied to cater for your leisure time 💻🎮📺 🚿😴😊 

The house has a modern, well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and working space, together with utility area including washing machine and vented tumble-drier.  An adjoining sitting room boasts a large SMART LED TV and Blue Ray DVD which our current housemates enjoy watching together, perhaps with a take-away 👨🏻‍🍳😊🍕😋 

The garden is laid mainly to grass (which is looked after by our gardener) but has a generous patio with a table and chairs for relaxing in the fresh air and there is a secure bike shed for those that wish to bring a bike.

Oldfield Crescent is the best of both worlds - a quiet street located just off Gloucester Road giving direct access to both Cheltenham town centre and Gloucester.  It is ideal for GCHQ, which is within walking distance, and also great for access to the M5 north and south and the railway station.  Parking is free and accessible.  🚗🚆🚌🚶🏽‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️

Our housemates are, in the main, young professionals who form a nice community in which to live and socialise.  The landlord lives locally and are proactive and responsive, engendering a good relationship with the tenants - "Since the start of this COVID pandemic in the UK and George and Caro have been brilliant with their assistance for the wellbeing of tenants, listening & acting on our concerns and ensuring that our safety is their top priority as it always has been.
