PLEASE READ FULL ADD) — Very nice fully furnished double room for single use in Cheam SM2, 3 minutes walk to train station. Double bed, carpet floor and good space for one person. Short-term considered, but preferably long-term renters.

We are a male gay couple both over 40’s (44 and 46) professionals, friendly and reliable. We are looking for someone nice, friendly, reliable and TIDY. Please note that we have high standards when it comes to cleaning so PLEASE only message me if you are a tidy person. At our house we clean after ourselves at all times.

The flat is located literally 3 min walking from Cheam Station with links to London Victoria and London Bridge. In 3 minutes you can reach Sutton where you have lots of links to central London, Waterloo etc.

The flat also has a large living room with sofa, TV and work/dinner table. Plus you have your own fridge in the kitchen.

Please bear in mind that we live in a QUIET building in a QUIET area. No loud noises are allowed in the flat after 10pm. This is non-negotiable.
