Will suit anybody looking for an extended holiday, cover for the transition period between property sale and purchase or renovation or if you are able to work from any location. Bookings of less than 4 weeks are also welcome. During the low season i.e. between October and March we welcome longer stay guests. Length of stay is flexible. Price includes council tax, water rates, TV license, unlimited WiFi, private waste collection and private parking right outside the apartment. Pets charges apply.
Heating is with modern efficient panel radiators...electricity used is charged at cost according to meter readings. Guests provide own linen and towels. Electricity charged at actual cost.
Our "Quayside" apartment is one of 6 apartments in what used to be Cemaes Bay School and is located at the rear of the building with a pleasant outlook. The harbour and sea view can be enjoyed as soon as you step out of the communal front door. The beach, harbour and quaint High St are just 100 yards away from the front door as is the village centre with several nice pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The original school playground is now our private, tarmaced car park for exclusive use of the apartment owners and guests. There is also a small, secure, brick outbuilding suitable for storage, bicycle etc.
