We're looking to rent out the spare bedroom in our three storey house. The double bedroom is on the second floor with its own large private bathroom, so you would have the top floor all to yourself. All bills included including super fast Virgin broadband 100Mbps. 

There is a separate study with desk and printer which you are welcome to use at any time. Small garden with BBQ for the summer. Shared living room and kitchen including dish washer etc. There is also a secure bike shed and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The house was newly built 4 years ago and is beautifully decorated. The property has solar panels on the roof and a Tesla Powerwall battery so is pretty self sufficient 9 months of the year - it's also a very funky gadget! We are happy to provide more pictures of the house. 

The house is a 2 minute walk from Carshalton train station. Carshalton is about 30 mins into Victoria by train and there are also trains into London Bridge and Blackfriars/City Thameslink/Kings Cross. Also 7 mins by bus to St Helier's Hospital. Carshalton itself is a lovely village with parks, ponds, a couple of small supermarkets, a theatre, plenty of pubs and a few restaurants.
