We have a double ensuite bedroom available for a friendly professional person who is quite chilled, tidy, considerate and respectful of the privacy of others to share this lovely spacious Victorian house with four other working professionals. There is a shared, spacious lounge and kitchen where each tenant has there own storage and mini fridge freezers there,  is use of two washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.
Although there are five tenants in the house, it remains reasonably quiet as all tenants have various busy work schedules and hobbies. The landlady does a weekly communal clean and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. 
The location has an added bonus of being located Directly opposite the lovely Thompsons Park we are just on the crusp of Pontanna where there are many cosmopolitan shops cafés and bars, The city centre is approximately a 25 minute walk- alternatively there is a bus stop opposite which has a short bus route directly into the city. We are also located near Llandaff fields and the Taff Trail.
