I’m a 25 year old manufacturing scientist looking for a lodger to share my home in Fairwater. (Single working professional or post-grad student).

The room is fully furnished as shown and includes a separate private bathroom with airing cupboard storage. The couch is a sofabed and the single bed can be converted to a double on occasion. The house benefits from full modern amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), enclosed South West facing rear garden, on-street parking (no through access) and two resident felines 🐈⬛🐈⬛. It’s a short walk to bus stops and the train station, police station, pubs, shops, etc. 

I’ve had a close friend living with me for the past year which has been lovely so it’s important to me that we click 💞. (I selected yes to smoking in the ad but I’m not a full time smoker, just the occasional social smoke with a drink, especially if the sun is out 😎) It’s not everyone’s cup of tea living with their landlord but I like to think I’m fun and easy going as well as conscientious and respectful 😌. Looking for someone like-minded ✌🏼
