The Location: The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to the A4232 leading to the M4. The area has facilities such as the International Swimming Pool, white water rafting, Ice Arena Wales & several gyms. There is a range of supermarkets including Asda, Morrisons, Tesco & Aldi, as well as cafes & coffee shops such as Coffi Co, Starbucks, Costa etc. plus a wide range of other stores at the Cardiff Bay Retail Park - which is within walking distance. There are bars & restaurants nearby with Mermaid Quay one side & Penarth Marina on the other. Both Cardiff City Centre & Penarth Town Centre are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a bus stop directly outside the complex that regularly makes the 10-15 minute bus trip into the city & Cogan railway station is also within walking distance.
About me: I have lived in the property on & off for over 10 years so know the area well. I work Monday to Friday so I'm rarely home in the daytime during the week (typically leave about 8am & return about 6/7pm) & I'm usually getting up to something or other most weekends.
I work as a photographer & digital marketing specialist. I'd like to think I'm super laid back & very easy to get on with! Spend most of my free time keeping fit, socialising, checking out new places, watching random documentaries or going out to shoot photography.
