Newport Road is a 10 minute walk to Queen St at the edge of the city centre with shops, cafes, restaurants and railway stations. There is also a good selection of local shops just around the corner in Clifton Street. A dentist and doctors surgery are on either side of the property.
Buses run along Newport Rd and connect to most other areas of the City, including the centre and most of the University campuses.
Half rent (and half bills) is charged in July and August for any tenants not occupying the property for the whole of these months, although belongings may be stored over this period.
