Of the 7 bedrooms in this house, two bedrooms are on the ground floor, three are on the first floor, and there are two on the 2nd floor - a copy of the plans is attached.

On the ground floor between the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom, which has a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and a wash basin; there is also a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, there is a newly refurbished 2nd bathroom, which has a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.

At the rear of the ground floor, there is a large living / dining / kitchen, which leads onto the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, new electric hob, combination microwave, fridge-freezers, washing machine and tumble drier.

The house has full central heating, with the boiler located in the kitchen. We charge £60 each for the gas, electricity and water, and the broadband depends on the package you want, but allow £5 each for high speed broadband without TV.

This house is about a quarter of an hour's walk from Cardiff University's main campus and the other Universities and campuses are also easily accessible.

Moy Road is immediately adjacent to the busy centre of Roath, with the Albany Road and Wellfield Road shops and cafes just round the corner.

Roath Park recreation ground is 5 minutes walk from the house.

Buses from Albany Road and Wellfield Road connect to most other areas of the City, including the centre and most of the University campuses.

Half rent (and half bills) is charged in July and August for any tenants not occupying the property for the whole of these months, although belongings may be stored over this period.

Permits for on street parking can be purchased from the Council.
