- Family bathroom with bathtub and shower over, and a separate downstairs WC.
- Off-street parking with a driveway and EV charger.

** The garden is for private use with the house, but it is important to note that there is one section in the back corner that has been fenced off to allow for specialist weed treatment behind it, and no one is allowed to go behind that fence to make sure the treatment is not disturbed in any way.
