Room in a Shared House, Arnold Road, CT4

I am a university lecturer and am moving into Canterbury next month. I am looking for a female tenant to share my house in Chartham with one other person, a mature lady who is a poet and works at Canterbury Chirist Church University.  Her teenage son would be in residence every other week.  They are both quiet and lovely people.  The house is set in stunning countryside and has a 30 ft garden studio with electricity that can be used for anything. It is 10 mins walk to the station, 5 mins on the train into Canterbury and the bus stops at the end of the road. My tenant would like to share with a quiet and creative female, non-smoker, no pets. I would prefer the contract to be for a year but would consider 6 months. The rent is £600 per month each, plus bills. The room available is a double room, bright and sunny and fully furnished. There would be shared use of the house, garden and studio.  The back garden looks out over rolling hills. The house is part furnished with lots of scope for tenants to create their own style!
