This is a fantastic STUDENT HOUSE! There are 5 large DOUBLE bedrooms, each with a double bed, modern furniture and decoration. The house is split over 3 floors and has two en-suite bathrooms, one main bathroom and another downstairs. The house location could not be better, 2 minutes walk to the high street, with two supermarkets less than 1 minute away! The house has had lots of investment in the last couple of years, including an American style Fridge-Frezer, a new top of the range boiler (lower gas heating bills), new cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. A professional cleaner is provided once a week within the rental price! The house is amazing and priced low for what it is, the first group to see it will take it!
