Large double room single occupancy 13 minutes from Addenbrookes for a non smoking professional with a kitchenette downstairs allocated for your personal use. This contains a microwave, hotplate, food cupboard, sink with drainer, mini oven and fridge storage.

Your room (which is the quietest and located at the far end of our 5 bedroom, detached house) accesses a large bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, bath and bidet. There is a spacious heated airing cupboard with reserved storage space for your private use.

Use of Washing and drying machines (located within the kitchenette area) and all bills are included. TV with FreeSat (recordable)in the room.

WiFi is included. Air conditioning and central heating as standard, in your room. You are invited to enjoy our garden and space is reserved for you to store one bike securely. There is plentiful, free parking outside.

The centre of Cambridge 5 miles away and (out of traffic) about 14 minutes by car (or approximately 34/38 minutes by bike).

It's an easy cycle ride to Addenbrookes which is even quicker by car (13 minutes).
 
Cambridge Trumpington Park and Ride (12 minutes by bike and 5 by car). Great Shelford Train Station 23 minutes by bike. Stansted 25 minutes by car. Duxford and Royston just 20 minutes away.

Just a 4 minute walk from the house, our bus stop for buses to Cambridge or Royston has a regular service up to early evening.

Post Office/store 2 minute walk from house. The Queen's Head Pub and Thai restaurant is just a 10 minute walk away and the Community Orchard and Recreation Ground is minutes from our front door.

We are a relaxed, non-judgemental and creative family home, so a family-friendly occupant is always welcome. We enjoy cycling, music and art. Natania is both and Artist and a Musician. Rob is a keen Astronomer and enjoys films. We are delighted to show you around our quiet, attractive village and introduce you to our cosy, welcoming country pubs in the area.

We are very close to the City. You can socialise or keep fit after at work or at weekends and enjoy the varied social and cultural scene our historic university city offers. Talk about having it all...enjoy our lively city, yet still be home within minutes!

We're all up early (Rob is a London commuter whilst Natania works as a teacher in Suffolk. Our daughter boards part of the week at school, but we tend to raise early, before 07:00 on weekdays). Therefore, noise after 10:00 pm is not our thing. We need to be upfront that the room is strictly single occupancy. Any prospective new tenant's understanding and cooperation here is essential.

We own cats but they have their own quarters and a large outdoor run. 

Rent is required in advance plus deposit of £550. Two references please which must include a current employer.
