The house:
3-floor house in center of Cambridge, just minutes from the Cambridge Station and at walkable distance to center of town, Parker’s piece, Mill Road or Leisure Center.
The house came unfurnished, but all shared spaces are now partly furnished by me (the other tenant). Shared spaces include garage, garden, store room, service toilet, kitchen & living room.

The house has a guest room/guest toilet for hosting close family and friends when visiting.
The house is to share between two people, me and you :)

The room:
Double en-suite on the first floor with fully equipped toilet and built in wardrobe. Unfurnished, but with potential to buy furniture from previous tenant if wanted. (Currently houses double bed, 1 dresser, one desk, a bed side table). The ensuite toilet has a bidet, shower, and toilet facilities.

Looking for:
I am looking for a respectful and chill house-mate to share the house with, and potentially a new friend. In this house we will be adults, discuss about any potential conflict and find compromises, clean after ourselves and help each other in case of need. Preference for other working professionals.

About me:
I’m a researcher working in human health and genetics.
I am a chill Italian guy that likes to cook (I know shocking), singing, playing games (switch/board) and the usuals (music, reading, gym, traveling, movies etc). Wouldn’t mind to enjoy the off-meal together or unwinding watching a movie, playing games or going out for a drink together.

This house won’t be suitable for:

-Night owls. The house silence hours are 10:30pm -8am
-Couples.
-Disrespectful people.
