All bills included in this friendly house!! Plus a cleaner who comes fortnightly! We have 2 rooms available in this light and bright house.

This is a light and spacious, fully furnished house and conveniently located halfway between Science Park and Cambridge City Centre.

The price of the room include ALL bills: water, electricity, gas, council tax, superfast internet in the whole house. The fortnightly cleaner who looks after the communal areas, helps keeping the place clean and tidy. We do like to keep the place nice and clean between their visits though, to make the house more of a home :)

The rooms are good sized doubles, a perfect haven for if you want time to relax at the end of your day.

There is an open plan kitchen/diner with sofas for relaxing. The kitchen has all mods cons... dishwasher (bonus!) and a washing machine/tumble dryer (2 in 1)...., two fridges, gas hobs and an electric oven.

A cloakroom downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. No queues in the morning or evening!

At the back of the house, there’s a garden where we sometimes like to chill out. Great during lock down so you have some private outdoor space to enjoy!

There is a local butcher, international convenience shop, Co-op supermarket, chemist and doctors surgery, coffee shops and more... all within walking distance.

The area is well served by public transport and is within easy reach of the Science and Business Parks, A14 and Vision Park in Histon. The city centre is 11 minutes away by bike.

If you have a car, there are two parking spaces in front of the house, it is an unrestricted parking area as it is quite cul-de-sac.
