A few mins walk to Waterbeach train station (and then 3 mins to Cambridge North, 6 mins to Cambridge, 9 mins to Ely and an hour'ish to London Kings Cross).
Also very close to local pubs/shops/take-aways. There's even a coffee shop, gym, two wine bars and bistro (in the village, not in the house) :)

Good transport links to A10, A14, M11 and very convenient for Science, Business and Research Parks.

The room would suit a professional person, preferably sociable with a good sense of humour.

The house is well equipped with Virgin 200mbps Broadband, wifi, UHD 4K flat screen, Tivo, Netflix, washer/dryer, juicer, Nutri-bullet and pretty much everything else! (Including ample free parking spots and a good sized desk for working from home if needed).

Situated in a remarkably quiet and safe neighbourhood, in a village with great amenities, just a stone's throw away, it's much more than just a place to live!

Whilst we like to socialise together occasionally, it is by no means a "party house". We like to chat and share a wine/beer/gin or two whilst cooking dinner sometimes and occasionally have movie and/or board games nights. We don't live in each other's pockets though and appreciate each other's 'me time'.
We prefer to keep the place clean and tidy. We all get on well and respect each other (and each other's privacy) and we'd be looking for a housemate who is easy going and equally sociable and respectful.

You could expect a relaxed and friendly environment in a place you could call home!
