Large double room in beautifully furnished Cambridge cottage available from end of September 2021 for a minimum 12 months, to share with a 29 year old friendly professional male. The kitchen is large and the living room spacious. There is also a small guest room for use by occasional visiting friends and family. The house is right by the river in Chesterton, Cambridge, and has everything you need. The room is large with a kingsize bed, and an original Victorian fireplace and shutters, as well as a lovely matching wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It has a long leafy garden, and is literally 1 minute's stroll from the river! There is a large supermarket only 10 minutes walk away, and a Tesco Metro a 5 minutes walk. It is a 15 minute cycle to the centre of town along the river. 5 week deposit required. The house is lovingly decorated and fully equipped. The house is perfect for working from home, should there be another lockdown. There is a large kitchen table, and a desk in the other bedroom. Bills are not included in the rent. The rent stated is *not* for the whole house, it's for a room - I can't seem to change this. Non-smokers only. No couples or pets, sorry.
