We are a professional friendly couple and our home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just over a mile from Camberley town centre and less than 2 miles from Frimley Park Hospital.

We are owner occupiers, have our own bedroom with en-suite, we have one male lodger, Monday to Friday only, who also has his own bathroom, so we all have our own bathrooms.

The house is double glazed and centrally heated. The room has TV, Wifi and freeview available. It has large built in wardrobes with drawers and storage space above, bedside cabinet with drawers.

En -suite with WC, power shower, basin and storage.

We have a modern kitchen with separate breakfast room. Own fridge and storage space is available if required with access to all facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

Wireless broadband available free of charge, with own computer.

We have a large secluded garden with 2 separate patio areas.

The room for rent is at the rear of the property and is not overlooked by others, there is no passing traffic. View over garden, lawn trees and shrubs.

We have a large driveway with plenty of off road parking and storage space for bikes etc available by arrangement.

The household is non smoking.

Room available preferably from the 11th April 2019.
