We are looking for a female housemate to join us. We are 2 young professional females. I am the live in landlady so I am quick to sort house stuff.

The room for rent has a built-in wardrobe, double bed, desk and bookcase (all just over a year old). There is also an option for additional storage space (large cupboard on the landing and a lot of loft space).
We enjoy quiet evenings of cooking and having a couple of glasses of wine while watching a film. We are very friendly and sociable and prefer the pub to going out-out. I have a small young dog, he is quite well behaved.
