The new double bed comes complete with a mattress protector, a luxurious mattress topper and a cosy duvet. We supply four pillows and protectors too. You only need your own duvet cover, a double sheet and pillow cases.

A 49" Smart TV and free WiFi are provided.

The kitchenette has a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a two-ring hob. Crockery, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided too.

The new en-suite gives you space to put your things out and leave them where you need them - there's even a heated towel rail and an led mirror above the large sink. Just bring your towels and loo roll.

This Studio is located on the first floor and accessed via external steps and a communal corridor with CCTV and a linked fire alarm.

There is a communal washing machine and a dryer for your use which operates on a coin meter set at cost price.

A hoover, iron and board are available for your use.

Rent is payable monthly in advance (£515.27 by bank transfer only). There is a Security Deposit of £357.00.

There is a £100 Holding Deposit which will be returned if we do not continue with your application. It is essential that you are 100% honest during the application and referencing process (at our cost) as you risk losing your holding deposit if things like CCJs or other negative material issues are discovered.

You must be in receipt of a minimum annual income of £18,564.

A coin meter is used to charge for electricity usage and by Law this is set at cost price, so you only pay for what you use. Previous experience has indicated an approximate cost of £4/week during summer to £10/week in winter.

This Studio is situated in the Town Centre so is ideal for shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema etc etc. It is 50 yards from the seafront.

Adjacent to the property is Regent Street which is free overnight and on Sundays.


The Esplanade is 50 metres away and is free 24/7 during the winter months (October to March).
