Detailed Description
All the rooms are large, light and airy. There are 2 shower rooms (one on each floor) each containing a WC, wash basin and shower.
Good size utility room.
All rooms have double wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinet. All the furnishings and carpets are new throughout.
The large kitchen benefits from a large amount of work surfaces and storage units. The kitchen is fully fitted to provide for 4 tenants i. e. cutlery, plates, cups, glass, cooking utensils.
The house benefit’s from a newly fitted large kitchen containing a 5 ring gas hobs with extractor hood and 2 electric ovens and American style fridge freezer. Also newly installed is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
