All bills included in the rent!One large bedroom with plenty of storage space for rent in a large four bedroom house. A bathroom would be shared.
Virgin cable broadband and driveway or roadside parking is included. The tenant would be sharing with the landlord and his wife (though she lives away during the week for work) and one other tenant. There are three friendly house cats, a marine aquarium, and gym room free to use. We're looking for someone laid back, ideally a professional person, who at least likes if not loves cats as they will demand attention!
The large kitchen and living room will be shared.No smokers, sorry.Length of tenancy is negotiable, tenants looking for short term lets are welcome to enquire. 
The house is in an excellent location for commuting to a number of places as it's less than 5 minutes to the motorway. Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, areas of Birmingham, Worcester and more all within driving distance. 
If a couple want to apply we may be able to come to an arrangement though the rent would be a little higher.
