One double bedroom, an adjacent private bathroom and a second room which is currently used as a small private livingroom/study.

Virgin cable broadband and driveway or roadside parking is included.

The tenant would be sharing the large kitchen with my wife and I plus one other tenant who currently shares our bathroom. He is very quiet and tends to keep to his room.

My wife and I spend our time looking after our three friendly house cats who love attention and our marine aquarium with fish and coral. That and watching Netflix or Movies in the main livingroom.

The study room is empty in the photos, however, it currently has a two seater sofa, a small fridge and an IKEA unit for sitting a TV on. Our current tenant is moving out shortly and we will update photos once the room is tidier.

We're looking for someone laid back, ideally a professional person, who likes cats and will keep them inside at all times (that's really our only concern or ask from our tenant).

No smokers, sorry.

Length of tenancy is negotiable, tenants looking for short term lets are welcome to enquire.
The house is in an excellent location for commuting to a number of places as it's less than 5 minutes to the motorway. Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, areas of Birmingham, Worcester and more all within driving distance.

If a couple or pair want to apply we may be able to come to an arrangement though the rent would be a little higher.

We can do video tours of the rooms and house if your interested and you understandably don't want to visit at the moment.
