All bills are included - no hidden costs! These rooms are suitable for professional females only, no exceptions, sorry. This is very friendly house with massive respect for each other's comfort in the home. 
The home has 5 rooms occupied by females and 1 male. There is also a Persian Cat living at the home called Percy. This first-floor room has a view over the front of the property, with access to two bathrooms. The property has 3 bathrooms in total. 
The kitchen space is very large and well equipped, with blenders, Nespresso, George Foreman grill and all of the usual bits and bobs. The entire house is protected by a hardwired smoke alarm and external CCTV.  There is a large garden area, made up of patio and grass, which leads on to an outbuilding containing a well equipped gym including treadmill, rowing machine, air bike, ski machine and massive selection of weights and equipment for the benefit of all house mates. 
There is a lounge area in the home with large sofas and a massive 65 inch 3D television including Netflix, Amazon Prime and all of the regular TV channels. There is also large kitchen area with breakfast bar. The room comes furnished with bed, mattress, drawers and wardrobe. You will not find another home, in the area, of this standard for this price. It was totally refurbished over the last year, top to bottom. Viewing is strongly recommended.
Smokers are welcome but smoking is not permitted inside the home. There are no parking restrictions and plenty of available parking directly across the road from the house.
