We are a family of four with two children under 10 and a small friendly dog. We have a studio/annexe that is accessed through our house available for rent. The large double bedroom has ample storage, a very large en suite and a kitchenette with cooking facilities, sink and fridge.. All solely for the use of our lodger.
You will have access to a washing machine and utility. We can offer off street parking.

Our house is on the corner of Hayes Common with stunning views and access directly to the common. We are a 10 min bus ride to Bromley south which is 15 mins into London Victoria. 6 min walk to Hayes station which takes you to London Bridge in 25 mins. We would consider Monday to Friday lets upon request. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS HAYES KENT!!
