Room in a Shared Flat, Bromley Common, BR2

I have a furnished double bedroom available in my sunny, ground floor flat. The room comes with a fairly new double bed, mattress and wardrobe (less than 6 months old). The bedroom leads onto a sunny conservatory. The flat also includes a living room with high ceilings and large bay window, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen with plenty of storage space. The flat also has a large garden, with a shed for bike storage if needed.
You will be sharing with myself, a 29 year old teacher working locally. I work hard during the week but enjoy a glass (or 2!) of wine of an evening. Ideally looking for someone to make this place their home! I have only recently moved into the flat and would like someone to help me make it homely! Bbq's and movie nights also appreciated :)
I also have a pet cat, who is very old but loves a snuggle.
Bromley South train station (zone 5) is only a 15 minute walk away, with trains into London taking under 20 minutes.
The room is available immediately for the right person, and all bills are included.Pet owners welcome :)
