As a responsible landlord, I want toreiterate to prospective tenants that the safety and well-being of everyone is mypriority during the Covid-19 outbreak. I am trying to follow all of theGovernment advice, but at the same time realise that people still need homes tolive in. Therefore, I urge all of you to follow Government restrictionsand guidelines in order to keep yourself and others safe and to limit anyunnecessary pressure on our fabulous NHS.

Firstly, please carefully review thepictures, virtual tour and floor plans to ensure that the size of theaccommodation is suitable for your needs. If you’re unfamiliar with thelocation of this property, Googlestreet view is an excellent alternative to a physical walk around ordrive through of the area. Google mapsin satellite view is also very useful, providing a “bird eye” view ofthe area. Presently, many rental properties are being Let/Rented based on theabove alone without the need to physically view the properties.

Alternatively, I can conduct a “live” viewing/tourof the house remotely via WhatsApp, Skype or other media platforms. This way,questions can be raised by you and answered by me during the “live”viewing/tour and areas of the house can be shown in more detail. Again, manyrental properties are being Let/Rented based on the strength of “live”viewing/tour without the need to physically view the properties.

However, if you really do wish to view theproperty in person, then this is also a viable option providing “SocialDistancing” guidelines are fully observed.

This is how it will work:

Since the property is vacant and unoccupied,I can meet with you at the property. I can allow you access in to the property,and if requested I can remain in the rear garden while you view the property. Please ensure you wear gloves and a maskwhen viewing the house. Footwear must also be removed when in upstairs part of thehouse.

If opting to view in person, ONLY 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM from the SAME family who will be rentingthe property will be permitted to enter the premises. If necessary, any queriesor questions you may wish to raise with me can then be answered outside of the premises.
