We have 2 lovely double rooms available in a mid-terraced Victorian house, minutes from Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North stations. It’s a friendly, chilled out home, and each room comes with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house itself is on a quiet side street, with a good size living room and kitchen (2 fridge freezers), and a sizeable back garden, perfect for summer evenings.

Really close to both Brixton and Clapham, and plenty of parking space on street if you have a car, it's in a pretty ideal spot all round.

In the house will be Aaron who works in local government and Mikaela who is a paramedic. We're busy people and in this house we watch Friends and drink red wine together. The room is available immediately and is open to a 6 month minimum contract and to people with full time jobs (preferably permanent or 6 month temp contract)
