The higgihaus@whiteladies is a beautifully appointed student studio apartment in an awesome location just 0.6 of a mile from Bristol University and 30 seconds from the UWE bus stop. A good slug of Bristol’s best restaurants, bars, delicatessens & coffee-shops are right on the doorstep. Throw in several late-opening supermarkets (including an M&S Simply Food), a 24 hour gym opposite, an everyman cinema, a dry-cleaner, a couple of laundrettes, a handful of hairdressers and 400 acres of parkland all within a stone's throw, and it’s easy to see why this location is rated as one of Bristol best places to stay when coming to study in our awesome city. 

Refurbished to exacting higgihaus standards in 2019, the studio is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. On the bed you'll find a cutting edge responsive memory foam mattress, crisp cotton linens and pillows and a duvet that is as soft as a bag of kittens. The studio has ample seating, an ingenious table that converts from coffee table to dining table in seconds and clever sofa that converts into a small double bed. If that wasn't enough, there's also a 55inch high definition TV and street-art inspired artworks adorning the walls (Banksy is from these here parts don't you know).

In the bathroom, the rainfall shower stands ready to invigorate in anticipation of a hard day on campus (or at leisure as the case may be). Should the shirt or blouse need a press before venturing out you will find a steam iron and ironing board in the utility cupboard.

The kitchen is compact but fully functional (we've even managed to squeeze in a dishwasher) and contains all of the pots, pans and utensils you'll need should you decide to unleash your inner Gordon Ramsay.

Outside, there’s a funky 'urban' roof terrace on which to hang-out with a beer (or glass of wine as you prefer). Close your eyes and let your imagination take-over and you could almost be in New York (well that might be pushing it, but you get the idea).

The monthly rental quoted is for single occupancy and bills are included subject to fair-usage. The fixed-term tenancy runs from 6th September 2021 to 30th August 2022. (may be possible for slightly earlier)
