Consists of kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath and shower, and 2 bedrooms. Parking on driveway is available for 1 car. Open to professionals or 3rd year/postgraduate students. Room comes with the bed and mattress which has large under-bed storage, hanging space for clothes, but the desk isn’t included.

Tenancy runs until July 11th 2021.  Flat is let unfurnished and the communal furniture is owned 50:50 between myself and the previous tenant, so the new tenant must be happy to purchase my half of the communal furniture (toaster, TV unit, sofa, table & chairs) for £290, and my bed & mattress for £300.
