It's within 35-minutes’ walk to Bristol City Centre via Old Market and 10 minutes walk to Fishponds High street with a large array of shops,supermarkets and plenty of pubs to include a Weatherspoon’s, cafes, restaurants etc. Easily accessible to the city centre with buses on the doorstep taking about 10 minutes’ traffic dependent. Next to Eastville park, Frome river and great for walks or running.

Recently the house underwent a complete refurbishment consisting of new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, carpets, paint, blinds, central heating system, new electrics.

This will be a professional house share and we need everyone to get on and so are looking for a like minded people.....into cooking, barbecues, movies etc. You need to be sociable and not spend the whole time in your room, but at the same time need to appreciate each other’s space. The house has been rented as a whole for 6 month's, mixed gender, all vegetarians or vegans working in various professions from paramedic, property surveyor, events and promotions and sales. Ideally, we'd like to keep the vegan / vegetarian theme throughout. Even the owner of the property is veggie!   

The kitchen is the communal open plan living area and is huge! It's linked to the lounge including breakfast bar, sofa, widescreen smart TV with googlecast. The kitchen has all brand new appliances including wash machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, Range Cooker with 6 hob and electric oven and loads of storage. Pots and pans provided - also including cutlery. 

The rear courtyard garden has been re-patio's and looks amazing - see photos. It has plenty of space for barbecues with a large seating area. Side entrance and bike storage shed. 

All Bills are included! This includes TV licence, water, council tax, Internet (virgin fibre 100GB), Electric and Gas. Each room has a TV point so you can connect to freeview with perfect reception. You can also pick up the 100gb fibre broadband WiFi in all the rooms with no problems and unlimited downloads. 

We are looking for a professional people, ideally graduates, that can look after this house and most of all, enjoy it!

Rooms are unfurnished, (no one really wants to sleep on a well used mattress!). You will need to have your own bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers or have the ability to source them. Note - the small double has fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
