The property is situated within 10 min cycle from Southmead Hospital and Gloucester Road. There are bus stops within 3 minutes walk taking you into the centre (including the 24 hour 76 service) and out towards Filton (and UWE). It takes around 20 minutes on the Bus or Cycling to get to UWE, and around 25 minute bus into UoB. It is also around a 10/15 minute drive to Airbus, MOD, Filton, Aztec West and UWE.
We are also only a few minutes walk from shops (aldi, tesco and iceland) and amenities in both Southmead and Westbury-on-Trym. There are several lovely large green spaces and parks nearby, and it is a short bus trip to Cribbs Causeway.
The current tenants are both male postgraduate students at both Bristol University and UWE. We are looking for a friendly and tidy postgraduate student or professional to join us! We are both musicians and enjoy cooking and a bit of gardening on the side.
The rent includes all bills (water, electiricty, gas, and Virgin media 200mbps fibre), and the possibility of a fortnightly cleaner on finding a tenant. Minimum contract is 3 months, but Long-term contracts preferred (students mainly for council tax exemption). I ask for 1 months deposit on top of the first months months rent as per usual.
