Room in a Shared House, Greville Road, BS3

Hello I am Jade! Urgently looking for a lovely lady to fill 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house in Southville, Bristol! Literally such an incredible location right in the centre of Bedminster just on a slip street called Greville Road just by North Street!!

Move in ASAP! Literally whenever you can. Rent is on the first of every month!

The rooms only available as I didn’t pass my second year of uni so sadly cannot continue on in Bristol, so I’m looking for a female, kind and funky housemate for my lovely friends in replacement of me. The ages of 19-22 would also be preferable!
The other three girls are based on Bower Ashton and Arnolfini, preferably where the next tenant goes too, in respect of the landlords wishes. We will also need you to be a full-time student.

The rent is £570 a month without bills, but bills added should be an extra £50 as the girls are sensible and try to save money. The girls are also very clean and respectful, they love to work hard at their uni courses and they also work, however once or twice a month they like to go for a little boogie somewhere and have a drink at the pub. They would respect not having house parties as they want the house to be a warm, cosy home for them, not saying friends over is prohibited at all, only house parties!!
The girls in question are called Cora, Grace, and Lucy. I will insert a picture of them below!!

The house is a gorgeous, spacious Terraced house, with us being the only students on the street, it’s such a homey area I really do love it there. The house has a vintage, wooden style vibe with the bathroom and bath/shower downstairs and a lovely little outhouse too. The garden is filled with so many plants, but is filled with concrete slabbing, making it perfect for bbqs and sitting out in the garden with friends!
The layout o the house when you walk in is the first room being the living room which is huge, and the stairs are next to it, as you walk down the hallway more on the left is the first bedroom (which is already taken) and then there’s the dining room, kitchen and bathroom at the end of the hall. When you go up the stairs, the first bedroom would be your room, which overlooks the garden. The other two bedroom are left of the stairs, there is also a storage cupboard right outside your room.
The house has a washing machine but doesn’t have a dishwasher or a dryer.

Im looking for somebody who can slot in nicely with my friends, as I want them (and you) to feel as comfortable as possible! I’m happy to call/FaceTime anybody who’s eager to move in, and I will include videos of the house below!

My friends are in Bristol now, so house viewings are completely fine as long as it fits with my friends work schedules!
