Extremely spacious double room overlooking garden in a beautiful Edwardian house on Wells Road.

The house is light and airy, with a large driveway and a south facing garden, which you are welcome to make use of! It has two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower), sunny kitchen and utility, large living space and a separate dining room/games room.

There is a bus stop 1 minute away with regular buses to the centre (15-20 mins), Temple Meads Station (5 mins), and Clifton (30 mins). It's easy walking to Wapping Wharf or city centre (30-40 mins each) and has three beautiful parks nearby, along with several bars, restaurants and small shops on Wells Road.

I'm looking for someone who might like to share the odd evening in together over good food or wine, now and again. I'm pretty tidy/clean and like to keep the place feeling like home, so would appreciate finding someone who feels the same way. I'm pretty easy to live with, sociable but also enjoy a bit of space at times, as I'm sure we all do!

The room will be furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bedside table and a desk if you'd like one. It's available at straight away. (Sorry, no couples!)
