We have a large double en suite room with a unique mezzanine sleeping deck available to rent in our modern architect-designed house on Windmill Hill, very close to central Bristol.

The house is arranged over 3 floors and is extremely spacious. There is also a large roof terrace garden on two levels with panoramic views across Bristol. Temple Meads station is a 15 minute walk, Queen Square and the Harbourside area is also a 15 minute walk. It's 20 minutes by car / bus from Bristol Airport.

The available room is very quiet, at the rear of the property, with its own entirely private WC / shower room finished with Porcelanosa tiles and high end fittings. The room has a very high ceiling and features an awesome mezzanine sleeping area accessed by a small wooden staircase. The mezzanine comes with a king size mattress. The room itself also comes fully furnished, including a desk, office chair, chest of drawers, futon sofa, and clothes rail, plus a kettle and microwave. It is really more like your own studio flat than just a double room, in which you can be entirely self-contained and private if you wish.

The house itself has all the mod cons, including dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge freezer and fast fibre broadband. There is a spare room on the ground floor that we often use a gym / yoga / training area which you are also most welcome to use for the same purpose. This house is an owner-occupied property; this place is very different to the usual commercial rental property. To emphasise, this is not a random house-share with a bunch of strangers, but a lovely, private, self-contained space in a beautiful and fully equipped modern house that you will be able to call home.

No couples, pets, or bicycles (inside the house).

Please note that the room is not available for someone who is fully working from home. If you work the odd day at home that is okay, however it is not possible to rent the room if you'll be at home 9-5 most weekdays.

There is ample free parking on the road directly outside the property.

£750 PCM including all bills, fast fibre internet, and professional cleaning (so there's no need to clean the shared space within the house). The room can be secured with a fully refundable deposit of £350. No agency fees.

The room is also available for shorter term rents of less than 3 months at £200 PCW (without a deposit).

The room / house would suit a busy working professional who needs a quiet and welcoming place to stay in Bristol. You will be sharing with just myself - male professional in my late 30s. My girlfriend is also here occasionally.
