I have been living in this spacious, modern 2 bedroom apartment for 6 years now, it's close to what used to be Frenchay hospital & Frenchay Common & am looking to rent out the second bedroom. I am a 33 year old professional male & I am looking for someone who needs a room for £470 per calendar month which includes bills or on a Monday to Friday which I am happy to discuss prices for. My current housemate is moving out after 18 months. The Double Bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table. There is also a shared bathroom, shared fully fitted kitchen & separate shared living room with balcony & Sky TV & Broadband. There are also brand new carpets throughout the whole apartment. The Sky TV & Broadband is included in the rent. Plus as an added bonus, there is a private garden for when the weather is nice. There is plenty of on road parking. Bedding can be supplied if required, but the washing of the bedding & the cleaning of the room is down to you.
The apartment is located within a stones throw of Frenchay Common, close to UWE, Hewlett Packard & MOD plus easy access to Friends Life, Airbus & Rolls Royce.
