Occupancy:

The property can accommodate up to 4 people (Max Occupancy on premises)

You must make sure the occupancy of your booking is kept to and you bring no guests on to the premises. We have strict public liability insurance in place forbidding this.

The main bedroom has 180 degree angled floor to bottom windows and incorporates a double bed with a large built-in wardrobe.

A dressing table with 4 draws and a mirror & Hairdryer

A large balcony with a cushioned ‘Egg Chair’ and a table with two chairs for your enjoyment. At night fairy lights will illuminate by a push of a button.

A 42 Inch Smart Tv is mounted to the wall, this already has Netflix & Amazon prime ready to go. Other apps like BBC IPlayer, ITV etc are also available.

The second bedroom is on the smaller size though incorporates a full-size double bed with side units and a mirror to get ready in.

The property provides an extremely high standard modern Bathroom that has a Bath/shower unit.

A large mirror engulfs the back wall for those that want to get ready.

We also provides toiletries free of charge that includes, face wipes, body wash, hand wash, deodorant and much more.

Please note we don’t provide shampoo due to so many different hair types.

Pure White Hotel Collection Luxury 400 Thread Count cotton sheets.

Duvets:

Duck down duvets is provided across all properties for that extra comfort. Though we understand guests may have allergies to feathers or its a personal preference, if this is the case please inform us and were make arrangements to change this.

Pillows:

These are also feathered, though again we can change these at request so please message us if you require something different.

Towels:

Pure 100% Cotten Towels provided from Hotel Collection.

Disclaimer:

Please note, all our linen including towels is white. Makeup should never be removed under any circumstances with the linen provided. Face wipes are provided in all properties and should be used in these circumstances.

Failure to adhere to this will result in a £15 fee per towel.
