The building is occupied by professionals. I would like to hear from similar non smoking, professionals, the flat would suit either a single or a couple. Unfortunately pets, smokers are not permitted.

The flat is available from 1st June, whilst ideally I'd let it promptly I’m after the right tenant(s), not the first person(s) interested. I am happy to answer any questions and to carry out responsible, socially distanced viewings to interested parties from Thursday 27th May.
