On arrival just press the door buzzer outside Portland Studios (next to the Cafe) and tell whoever answers that you want to view the flat and a caretaker will see you there and then.

Viewings after the times above or at weekends are difficult to arrange with this tenant and by appointment only so it is always best to attempt a weekday viewing.

Light beige carpets are popular but a nightmare to protect therefore all the carpets are dark, short pile, stain resistant and of commercial quality so they can even be cleaned with bleach ! The same goes with the main curtains, dark and stain resistant. There are no expensive wallpapers to damage, it is paint throughout. Exterior quality paint has be used and the walls can easily be wiped down. There are no tiles to crack or grouting to clean as modern wipe clean wall coverings are used in bathing and kitchen areas. Furniture is also dark in colour and easy to replace flat pack rather than custom built in furniture which is expensive to replace when damaged. Glass table tops are used throughout so no panicking about table mats and burn marks. It is a well thought out durable flat that is cheap for the tenant and Landlord to run.

1. Basically, once you are in Portland Square - FACE the big church with the massive steeple, and the flat is in the last building on the LEFT. (entrance is on side of building) The side of the building is all black (you can not miss it).

2. Follow the sign for the Cafe around the side of the building (Bishop Street). You can park right in front of the sign Portland Studios (next to the Cafe)

3. Press the buzzer at Portland Studios.
