Packed full of character, it has been painstakingly transformed over the past 12 months into the higgihaus at clarestreet - an extraordinary boutique aparthotel comprised of just six stylish higgihaus loft apartments and an inspiring higgihaus co-working space.

Designed for extended stays of between 30-days and 12-months, our higgihaus loft studio apartments are comfortable, beautifully appointed, serviced micro-apartments that creatively combine the functionality of a living room, full kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, office, and (believe it or not) a home gym.

Become a higgihub monthly member (or if you prefer, buy a flexible day-pass) and you can grab a hot desk, book a meeting room, print that report, or just hang out with like-minded folk over free ‘tea & toast’ in our self-service open kitchen and lounge.
