I’m looking for a female lodger to live in my cosy 4 bedroom house with me and my friendly cats. The other 2 bedrooms will not be available so it will just be two people sharing. 
The room is a self contained large, bright double loft room. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk & chair, small table & chair. 2 chests of drawers, a coffee table, a bookcase and a sofa bed. 
The shared areas are the kitchen bathroom, separate toilet and garden. 
Use of lounge is a possibility. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, your own fridge, cooker, bread maker, and air fryer etc… 

The house is conveniently located with shops at Fiveways and the Dip a five minute walk. 
5 minutes walk to buses into town and the station. Ideal for commuting to London or other destinations. 
Walking distance to London Rd, Preston Park and Brighton Stations. 
Hollingbury Woods and various open spaces are nearby. The rent is £500.00 per month plus bills of approximately £200 ( all utilities, fibre broadband and council tax band D).
