Room in a Shared House, Lambourne Close, BN1

I have a master bedroom with en-suite to rent out in a newly built house with a garden in Brighton. 
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with storage, Venetian blinds, fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space and underfloor heating in the en-suite. It is available for 3 months.

The house is three stories and has an open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor with all the fittings including a dishwasher.

I am an open minded and friendly 34 year old, interested in integrative medicine, yoga, yoga trapeze, travelling, calisthenics, animals, Asian food and exploring different cultures. I work as a medical herbalist, yoga teacher and I study medicine during the week.

I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean and tidy and someone that likes to hang out but also likes their own space as I spend quite a bit of time studying.

Pets are potentially welcome :)
