Room in a Shared House, Carden Hill, BN1

Hello! My name's Louisa and I'm a friendly, chilled teacher, looking for a housemate to share a beautiful 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Hollingbury with my friendly, loving, well-behaved dog, Bella. I am presently in the smaller one (£850) but am happy to move into the bigger one. (£950)

Our house has wonderful views of the sunset over the South Downs. We are well-connected to Brighton with the 26/46/52/5 bus stops all between 1 minute and 10 mins walk and which take approx 20mins to get into town. I'm ideally looking for preferably a gay male housemate . I need to feel safe in my own home, however, if we jell then this doesn't matter!
 
I don't have Wifi as I use my Hotspot but we can get Wifi easily  if needed. We have two huge gardens front and back, a living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs main bathroom and downstairs loo and laundry room to share so plenty of room.  We also have lovely neighbours! Asda/M&S and various supermarkets are within 20mins walking distance. The Hollingbury Woods/golf course and Wilde Park are a ten minute walk away. The double room is really big, unfurnished and has a working fireplace. Apologies for the messy photos, the present tenant isn't the tidiest! 

I work Mon-Fri, and I chill at home most weekends and evenings, occasionally having family/friends to dinner or to stay (I have dbl sofabeds in the living room) and am happy for you to do the same - just not all the time! I like to cook, chat about life, and current affairs though I'm just as happy talking about Madonna or Kylie or RHOBH! I'm left- wing, anti Brexit and anti-Tory, I'm afraid. I love a glass of wine or two at the weekends and am as comfortable socialising as I am chilling with Bella in my room. Privacy is important and I'm not looking for new friends though obviously we'd need to get on well to live in harmony and new friends are always nice - peace is super important to me. Bills are low, monthly and divided between us (water £35 /CT - Band D - £203pm I think, G/E - Good Energy £100 approx)
