The monthly rent is set at £800, which is a discounted rate compared to the usual price. If you decide to move in during May, I am willing to prorate the rent, so it would be about £300-400, depending on the exact move-in date.

The room is en-suite, well-insulated, and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and chair, so you would have everything you need. Additionally, it's in a popular dormitory with a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away.

The kitchen is common, but it's very clean, and since there are about two people staying in our flat right now, there will be no inconvenience.

If you make a quick decision and find £800 a bit steep, I am open to discussing the price and finding a suitable arrangement.
