I'm renting out my flat from late March. It's in a great spot in Kemptown, 5 minutes from the hospital, the sea and with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The flat is tend of terrace so it gets sun on 3 sides. It's a great space and I've loved living here.
The flat will be unfurnished and won't include utilities or council tax (I'm in council tax band A). There is a Nest thermostat and smoke detector, which you can control from your phone, so the flat is toasty before you arrive home. There's a shower/tub, oven/hob, and a fridge with a small freezer.
I'll be living in London and down in Brighton frequently so I can keep in touch with you directly. I'd like to find a tenant who's friendly, well-referenced and will look after the place.
